SAVINGS DEPOSITS
Savings Deposit Account can be opened on becoming Member of the Nidhi with a minimum of Rs.50/-
- A Minimum balance of Rs.50/- should be maintained in Savings Account
- Interest will be given if the Minimum Balance is more than Rs.100/-
- Interest will be allowed at the applicable rate for the minimum balance maintained between the 6th and the last working day of each month
- Interest will not be eligible for the balance exceeding Rs. 1 lakh.
- Maximum Amount of Withdrawal by cash on a single day will be less than Rs.20,000/-
- Interest will be credited to Savings Account once in 6 months i.e. 30th September and 31st March.
