Dr.B.M.Sundaravadanan

Dr B.M.S, who was our first President was 1926 alumnus of Madras Medical College and went on to complete his FRCS in England. He was the first Honorary Surgeon of Government General Hospital, Chennai.

Known for his punctuality and demonstration of clinical skills, he also served as an Examiner for students appearing for M.B.B.S in Madras University. He started Sundaravadanan Nursing Home in 1935 and continued his practice till 1991.

He was the First President of The Kilpauk Benefit Society Limited and continued to guide us till 1991.

Dr. K.Thulasi Naidu

A Medical practitioner who worked in Sundaravadanan Nursing Home for more than four decades and was well known for his punctuality and honesty. On retirement from Medical practice, he decided to continue his service to Society.

Dr.K. Thulasi Naidu was the founding member of KBS and its Director Trustee, since its inception in 1975. He was involved in the day to day affairs of the KBS and instrumental in the development and growth of the Nidhi. He went on to become its President in 1991, which he held till 1997.

Mr. M.A.Gopalakrishnan

Hailing from agriculture background,he went on to start his own transport business and later on expanded it in to brick manufacturing and granite quarry operations.

One of the founding members, he was Director Trustee since inception and was involved in the day to day operations and was instrumental in the growth of our KBS and served as its President from 1997 to 2006.
