THE KILPAUK BENEFIT SOCIETY PRIVATE LIMITED (KBS) was incorporated on 25 January 1975 under the Leadership of its founding fathers          Dr. B.M. SUNDARAVADANAN,          Dr. K. THULASI NAIDU and                   Sri. M.A. GOPALAKRISHNAN whose far-sighted ideals and hopes have been realised in the past 45 years to provide service to its members with a tagline “ A SYMBOL OF SECURITY”.

Our establishment was notified by the Government of India as a Nidhi Company and the name was changed to         “ THE KILPAUK BENEFIT SASWATHA NIDHI LIMITED” as per the Nidhi Rules 2014 and continues its business activities under the above name to serve its members at large.

KBS started its business with great enthusiasm and dedication which made the Company one of the leading Nidhi Companies in Chennai. The Registered Office is functioning now at its spacious owned premises at Kilpauk since June 1988. Subsequently, new branches were opened at Virugambakkam in October 1988, and Mogappair-East in June,1994 to cater to the Members of these areas. It is noteworthy to mention that all our Offices are functioning in our fully owned premises.

Our adherence to the strict ethical practices as prescribed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs,Government of India and Nidhi Rules 2014 has been resulted in KBS being the benchmark for good governance and functioning of Nidhi companies.

This has been the main factor for the consistent growth of our operations and increase in confidence among our members. The current Membership of 75,872 shows the dedication of the Directors and Staff as well as the immense faith of its Members from all layers of the society

We have pleasure to put-on-record that most of the feathers of our achievements are because of the trust imposed on us by our Members, thus making a ‘feel-at-home-service’ possible.
